Who signs off on compliance?
Your firm, always. We draft everything with FCA considerations in mind, then send it to your compliance officer for review and sign-off before anything reaches a client. Final approval always sits with the authorised firm. That’s non-negotiable on our side too.
What does this cost?
It’s a monthly retainer, quoted after we’ve had a quick conversation about your list size, cadence and what you want out of it. No generic price sheet. The number depends on how much we’re doing for you each month.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month-to-month. If it’s not working for you, or you don’t feel the value, you walk away. We’d rather earn the next month than hold you to one.
