Marketing Strategy & Consulting
A marketing consultant who finds the gaps, then builds you the plan to fill them.
Most businesses don’t have a marketing problem, they have a priorities problem. We go in, look at what your numbers actually say, and come back with a prioritised plan: where the growth is, what it will take to get it, and what to do first.
Most marketing doesn’t fail because of the channel. It fails because nobody asked the right question first.
Businesses come to us wanting Google Ads, or a new website, or someone to fix their SEO. Sometimes that is exactly the right answer. Often it isn’t, and the money goes into a channel that was never the bottleneck while the real problem sits untouched for another year.
A proper strategy starts the other way round. What does a customer actually cost you, and what are they worth? Where do enquiries drop off? Which channels are already working harder than you think? Answer those first and the plan more or less writes itself, in the right order, with numbers attached.
- A clear picture of where the money goes
- The gaps and quick wins, ranked
- A plan with costs and expected returns
- A document you own, not a pitch
The work, from first look to a plan with numbers on it.
The diagnosis
We go through your funnel, analytics, ad accounts, search visibility, website, email list and CRM. What is working, what is quietly leaking money, and what has never been measured at all. Most businesses find at least one surprise here.
Your customers and your competitors
Who actually buys from you, what they are worth over time, and how they found you in the first place. Then the businesses beating you in search and in the market, and what they are doing that you aren’t.
The gaps and the wins, ranked
Every opportunity scored on effort against likely return, so you know what to do first rather than everything you could theoretically do. The quick wins usually pay for the work before the bigger pieces have even started.
The plan, with numbers
A twelve-month plan: which channels, in what order, what each one costs to run properly, and what you should reasonably expect back. Written in plain English, with the assumptions shown so you can challenge them.
The handover
We walk you through it together, then it is yours. Run it in-house, hand it to whoever does your marketing, or ask us to deliver it. You own the plan either way, and you are not obliged to spend another penny with us.
What happens when the strategy actually gets revisited.
Workplace Mindfulness is the clearest example. We build the strategy, implement it, then rebuild it every quarter against what the numbers have since told us. The plan never sits in a drawer going stale, and the returns compound instead of flattening off.

- 01
A conversation
A free thirty-minute call. We look at the obvious things and work out whether there is enough on the table to be worth a proper piece of work. Sometimes the answer is no, and we will say so.
- 02
We go in
Access to your analytics, ad accounts and numbers, plus a few conversations with the people who actually talk to your customers. We do this in person where we can, so most of this work is with businesses in Shrewsbury, across Shropshire and around the West Midlands, and remotely for everyone else. This is where the real digging happens.
- 03
We come back with the plan
Presented properly and walked through together, then written down so you can share it, act on it, or sit on it until the time is right.
- 04
You decide what happens next
Run it yourself, give it to someone else, or ask us to deliver it. There is no obligation either way, and no pressure to pick us.
